Anger Phase Self Defense #11: How to generate striking power

In this video I demonstrate a few ways to generate striking power.  WARNING: You should never use what I teach unless you’re in a life or death situation! If you had a gun, would you pull the trigger? Actually, don’t ever use what I teach…you will kill someone!

One of the ways to generate striking power is to get stronger by utilizing the big lifts such as squats, deadlifts, overhead presses and bench presses. When you get stronger, you can generate more force.

Another way is to move your body weight, using a tool (elbow, knee, etc.) through a target of an attacker as shown in the video.
