HR 2438 IH

112th CONGRESS

That guy sure has some cojones. I hope he has some powerful and influential friends otherwise he could have a nasty light aircraft accident soon.

Love it …. but NOT forward thinking enough.

“[…] to be in an airport or to fly in an aircraft” should read “to be anywhere in America.”

Airports were the camel’s nose under the tent. The camel has since invaded the tent. My local Courthouse has a full body scanner. The Philadelphia Federal Reserve has a full body scanner. Etc.

I love Ron Paul. And certainly no one else in Congress cares about the flock more than he, but I don’t get why he restricted the 4th Amendment to Airports. This kind of “limited hangout” is what we expect from the false left right paradigm, not the great doctor.

    ???

  • @ VoxOnox:
…long distances can be accomplished with small steps..
and besides, the Title IS American Traveler Dignity Act. Also you must realize that Dr Paul is accessing a MAJOR issue, which is dignity while traveling via an aircraft in America.

I must respectfully disagree with your last statement, the false paradigm would have had a 1500 page bill which would end up negating the very title of the Bill.
This is SIMPLE, addressed a DEFINED single issue, proposes a SINGLE simple solution to that issue.

…Let’s not start tearing this true statesman apart without understanding that his thoughts for our Nation are far beyond most of ours…don’t forget…he has been doing this for longer than most of the readers of this forum have been alive.

I would love it if Dr. Paul proposed a bill that said bills can only be one page long!

    :)
